This antibody recognizes the gene product hk15 of human KLK15, one of the many kallikrein serine proteases associated with carcinogenesis. KLK15 is associated with more aggressive forms of prostate cancer.
APPLICATIONSImmunoblotting: use at 1:500-1:1,000 dilution. A band of approximately 28 kD is detected.
Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.
This antibody is stable for at least one
(1) year at -70oC. Avoid multiple freeze- thaw cycles.
